Day by day

Begin in Kathmandu’s timeless valleys: ancient temples, prayer flags, and the quiet rhythm of Himalayan life. Then ascend toward Everest Base Camp, trading city streets for mountain trails, Sherpa villages, suspension bridges, prayer wheels, and dramatic Himalayan horizons beneath the world’s highest peak. The journey brings together Nepal’s spiritual heritage and raw mountain adventure in one unforgettable experience.

Arrival day in Kathmandu (1,300m/4,264 ft)

Our representative will be waiting for you in the Tribhuwan International Airport to welcome and help you to make the transfer to your hotel in Kathmandu. You will get some refreshment time which will be then followed by the welcome dinner in one of the traditional Nepalese restaurants in the center of Kathmandu. You will be given short details about the trip and then again taken back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

DAY 2

Fly to Lukla, trek to Phakding (2,610m/8,563 ft)

An early mountain flight lands on Lukla’s famous airstrip. Meet the crew, then follow the Dudh Koshi river past mani walls and prayer wheels to Phakding.

Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440m/11,286 ft)

Cross the high suspension bridges into Sagarmatha National Park and climb to Namche, the Sherpa capital, with your first views of Everest on a clear day.

Overnight: Namche Bazaar

Everest Base Camp (5,364m/17,598 ft)

After acclimatisation days in Namche and Dingboche, follow the Khumbu Glacier to Everest Base Camp, beneath the icefall that leads to the summit.

Overnight: Gorak Shep

    Valid for 6+ months beyond entry, with one blank page. Carry a few passport-size photos for permits.

  • Nepal Visa

    Visa on arrival at Kathmandu airport for most nationalities, or apply in advance at an embassy.

  • Trekking Permits

    Sagarmatha National Park permit and local area permit, we arrange both before departure.

  • Lukla Flights

    Weather-dependent and often delayed. Keep a buffer day in your itinerary.

    Must cover trekking up to 5,600m and helicopter evacuation.
