The Manaslu Circuit Trek is one of the most beautiful trekking journeys in Nepal. Located in the western part of the country, this trek takes you around Mount Manaslu (8,163m), the eighth-highest mountain in the world.
The journey begins with a drive from Kathmandu to the beautiful Budhi Gandaki River valley. As you walk along the trail, you will pass through small villages, green forests, waterfalls, suspension bridges and traditional settlements. The higher you go, the more the landscape changes, with snow-covered mountains and wide open valleys becoming part of your daily views.
One of the main highlights of this trek is crossing Larkya La Pass (5,135m), where you can enjoy amazing views of the surrounding Himalayan mountains. You will also have the chance to experience local Gurung and Tibetan-influenced cultures, visit old monasteries and learn about the lifestyle of people living in the mountains.
The Manaslu Circuit Trek is a great choice for trekkers who want to explore a less crowded route and experience both the natural beauty and local culture of Nepal.
